Thiocolchicoside is non-sedative and exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties with minimal side effects and rapid onset of action.<\/p>\n Aceclofenac \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n A selective NSAID – Aceclofenac is cardio safe and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is well tolerated amongst NSAIDs and has lower incidence of gastrointestinal adverse effects.<\/p>\n Paracetamol \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n Paracetamol\u00a0has been shown to be an effective analgesic for the treatment of moderate pain. Paracetamol has a favourable efficacy & tolerability profile and is thus recommended as first line therapy in all kinds of pain. It has a valuable component in multimodal analgesia too.<\/p>\n Thiocolchicoside, aceclofenac and paracetamol works in synergy to provide rapid relief from spasm with pain.
