Help to Flood Affected Victims:
Floods leave trails of destruction in the Konkan region of Maharashtra, causing large-scale devastation!
We Meyer Organics Pvt. Ltd. have extended our support to the flood-affected victims in severely impacted areas of Chiplun, Mahad, and nearby villages in the Ratnagiri and Raigad districts of Maharashtra. The relief aid consisted of Water Bottles, Biscuits, ORS Powder, Sanitary Napkins, Essential Medicines, Grocery Kits, Clothes, Blankets, and Fruits.
Free primary medical aid for Warkaris:
The PANDHARPUR WARI, a distinct form of pilgrimage has been taking place for more than 700 years. Annually hundreds of thousands of WARKARIS travel on foot to have a glimpse of Lord Vitthal. The nearly two week long journey culminates at the famous Vithoba Temple at Pandharpur in Maharashtra on Ekadashi (11th day) of the Hindu calendar month of Ashadha.
Meyer Organics Private Limited in association with Vaishnav Charitable and Medical Trust, Mumbai arranged mobile medical units to offer free primary medical aid by emergency medical practitioners for warkaris. Meyer Organics is supporting this cause over last two decades. The overall logistics & crowd management was looked after by Vaishnav Charitable and Medical Trust. The warkaris were treated for various ailments like stomach ache, fever, different kinds of minor injuries, aches / pains etc. The event was successfully supported by Meyer Organics.
